Dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. We find the freight, negotiate the rate with the broker, do the paperwork, and stay with the load until it delivers and gets invoiced.
Most carriers have been burned by a dispatcher before. Here is exactly how we work, in plain words.
Your MC number, your DOT number, your insurance, your truck. We dispatch under your authority — we never operate it, lease it, or put you under ours.
Nothing is booked until you say yes to the lane, the rate, and the pickup window. Turn a load down and we keep looking — no forced dispatch, ever.
Brokers pay you, or your factoring company, directly. We never take your settlement money into our account and we never hold your funds.
You tell us your truck, your lanes, your home base, and the rate you'll run for. From there the phone calls, the emails, and the paperwork are ours.
Running something not on this list? Call and ask — if we can't dispatch it well, we'll tell you straight rather than take you on.
No long onboarding. Most carriers are set up and taking loads within a few days of sending their paperwork.
Your truck, your trailer, your home base, the lanes you like, and the rate you won't go below.
Authority, insurance, W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement. We build your carrier packet once and reuse it.
We search, negotiate, and bring you the load with the rate and the details. You approve it or you pass.
Setup, rate confirmation, check calls, and the invoice after delivery — through to your next load.
Both halves of the clock.
Our name means ante and post meridiem — the full turn of the day. Freight doesn't keep office hours, and the paperwork behind it doesn't either. That's the part we take off you.
Nothing unusual, and nothing that gives us control of your business. Send these and we can start looking for freight.
In your name, active and in good standing on the FMCSA register.
Your current COI. Brokers ask for it on every setup, so we keep a copy on file to send.
Standard for broker setup packets. It goes to the brokers, not to us.
Only if you factor. It tells the broker where your invoice payment goes.
Equipment type, length, weight capacity, and anything you can't or won't haul.
Plain terms, our fee in writing, and how either of us can end it. You'll read it before you sign it.
No. Your authority stays in your name and under your control. We dispatch loads under your MC — we are not a carrier, we are not leasing you on, and you are not signing your authority over to anyone.
We'll quote you on the first call and put it in writing in the dispatch agreement before you sign. No sign-up fee to talk to us, and no charges that aren't in that agreement.
The dispatch agreement sets out the notice period for ending it, and we'll walk you through that clause before you sign. We'd rather keep you because the loads are good than because you're stuck.
No. Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly. We never take your settlement money into our account, and we don't need access to your bank.
Turn it down. We don't book anything without your approval, and we don't push freight on you. Tell us why it didn't work and we'll use that when we search next time.
Yes. We work with single owner-operators and with small fleets. Tell us how many trucks and what they run and we'll set them up together.
Meridiem Operations LLC, a US company. Dispatching sits alongside the back-office and monitoring work we already do for other businesses. You'll have a named dispatcher, not a rotating call centre queue.
We check broker credit before booking, keep the rate confirmation and POD on file, and chase the invoice for you. We can't guarantee a broker pays — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something — but we don't leave you to chase it alone.
Send this over and we'll come back to you with how we'd run your lanes, and what we charge. No obligation, and no pressure on the call.
Talk to a person about your truck and your lanes. No script, no pressure.
